All orders must be placed online, and clients are obligated to enter complete, correct, and accurate information in the form. The order will be confirmed via email, notifying the client that the new order has been recorded in our system. The completion and recording of the order in our system do not create contractual obligations for either party. Clients can cancel the order by not processing it. The client agrees that this order receipt confirmation does not constitute confirmation of the order’s validity or the processing of the ordered services and does not generate contractual obligations from our company. Ordered services will be confirmed and processed only after payment and verification by the personnel of our company.

All invoices will be sent via email. Clients must pay the invoice in advance at the beginning of each payment period.

After payment, a tax invoice is issued. Tax invoices are sent in electronic “PDF”

Suspension – We reserve the right to suspend any account from the due date of the proforma invoice if payment has not been made. Any extension of the payment term is at our discretion.

6. Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our company’s country. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our company’s country.

• Any dispute arising concerning the use of this service will be resolved amicably.
• In case the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the competence belongs to the courts of our company’s country. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client fully assumes these risks.
