4. Agreement Modification

5. Ordering, Payments, and Invoicing
*Customer – defines any natural or legal person who initiates an order.
Order – request addressed to premiumwp.ro by a natural or legal person requesting web assistance services and which does not create contractual obligations for the parties.
This document outlines the framework in which premiumwp.ro agrees to provide products and services to its clients and users. It represents an agreement between premiumwp.ro and its clients. All clients and users of the services are subject to these terms and conditions, and the use of premiumwp.ro implies acceptance and compliance with the Service Supply Contract and the Terms and Conditions of Use offered by premiumwp.ro .
By completing the order form:

- You guarantee that you are a legal adult.
- If you represent an individual or legal entity, partnership, or any other legal form of organization in accordance with trade standards, your registration is a guarantee.
- You agree to provide accurate, clear, and real information in the Order Form, including information regarding the bank account and any other necessary information for payment conditions, and you commit to updating this information accurately and permanently.
- You represent and warrant that you have the authority to use the services under this contract. If you do not agree/do not express agreement to the Terms of the Contract or any other modifications, the only option is to deactivate yourself from this service.
All orders must be placed online, and clients are obligated to enter complete, correct, and accurate information in the form. PremiumWP.ro cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by clients providing incorrect or incomplete information. The order will be confirmed via email, notifying the client that the new order has been recorded in our system. The completion and recording of the order in our system do not create contractual obligations for either party. Clients can cancel the order by not processing it. The client agrees that this order receipt confirmation does not constitute confirmation of the order’s validity or the processing of the ordered services and does not generate contractual obligations from PremiumWP.ro . Ordered services will be confirmed and processed only after payment and verification by the personnel of PremiumWP.ro.
All invoices will be sent via email. Clients must pay the invoice in advance at the beginning of each payment period.
After payment, a tax invoice is issued. Tax invoices are sent in electronic “PDF”
Suspension – We reserve the right to suspend any account from the due date of the proforma invoice if payment has not been made. Any extension of the payment term is at our discretion.
6. Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
- Any dispute arising concerning the use of this service will be resolved amicably.
- In case the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the competence belongs to Romanian courts. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client fully assumes these risks.
