*Customer – defines any natural or legal person who initiates an order.
Order – request addressed to Our Website by a natural or legal person requesting web assistance services and which does not create contractual obligations for the parties.

Support Services and Time Tracking:

The support services provided, including WordPress assistance, are based on pre-purchased hours by the client, as detailed in the proforma invoice. The time spent on support services will be tracked and recorded using the TMetric time tracking system. Clients acknowledge and accept that the services are delivered strictly according to the number of hours purchased, and any additional hours required will be subject to a new order and payment.

This document outlines the framework in which Our Website agrees to provide products and services to its clients and users. It represents an agreement between Our Website and its clients. All clients and users of the services are subject to these terms and conditions, and the use of Our Website implies acceptance and compliance with the Service Supply Contract and the Terms and Conditions of Use offered by Our Website .

By completing the order form:

All orders must be placed online, and clients are obligated to enter complete, correct, and accurate information in the form. Our company cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by clients providing incorrect or incomplete information. The order will be confirmed via email, notifying the client that the new order has been recorded in our system. The completion and recording of the order in our system do not create contractual obligations for either party. Clients can cancel the order by not processing it. The client agrees that this order receipt confirmation does not constitute confirmation of the order’s validity or the processing of the ordered services and does not generate contractual obligations from our company. Ordered services will be confirmed and processed only after payment and verification by the personnel of our company.

All invoices will be sent via email. Clients must pay the invoice in advance at the beginning of each payment period.

After payment, a tax invoice is issued. Tax invoices are sent in electronic “PDF”

Suspension – We reserve the right to suspend any account from the due date of the proforma invoice if payment has not been made. Any extension of the payment term is at our discretion.

6. Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our company‘s country. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our company‘s country.

• Any dispute arising concerning the use of this service will be resolved amicably.
• In case the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, the competence belongs to the courts of City, in our company’s country. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client fully assumes these risks.
